Coach Ness provides a complete assessment of your movement patterns in order to relieve overly worked muscles, strengthen weak muscles and correct any imbalances in your ankles, knees, hips and shoulders.
Develop
Developing your fitness and nutrition program is a fully customized plan that is designed with your current habits, routines and lifestyle in mind. Coach Ness develops a plan that personally works for you. She takes the guesswork out of your food choices and exercise program so you can be effective at achieving your whole body wellness goals.
Support
Working with Coach Ness goes beyond training sessions. Whether you need additional hand holding, or prefer brief check-ins, we will review what is or is not working, goals for the month and your overall progress. It’s more than just personal training, it’s about coaching you through your own growth and development so you can achieve long-term results.
